Rep. Scott Rigell welcomes President Obama to Hampton Roads

As one of the few Members of Congress who have sought to change the tone of Washington, Scott Rigell (R-VA) should be commended for welcoming the President to his district and asking him tough questions on behalf of his constituents in a civil manner without resorting to hyperbole and accusations against the President’s intentions and character.
